The specific objective of this WP is to establish effective project management and governance structures that ensure efficient project execution, high-quality outcomes, continuous monitoring, and proactive risk management.
WP2 is instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and sharing best practices in the social economy within the agri-food sector in rural areas. It aims to provide a rich source of knowledge and actionable recommendations for the project’s stakeholders and partners, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of rural social enterprises.
The specific objective of the WP2 is to identify and share good practices in the social economy in the agri-food sector in rural areas in partner countries.
WP3 is pivotal in creating a dynamic and effective collaboration network, strengthening the capacity of network members, and engaging a wide range of stakeholders for knowledge sharing and inter-regional learning. It facilitates the achievement of the project’s objectives related to the resilience, greening, and digitalization of social economy enterprises in rural areas.
The specific objectives are to develop a collaboration network for gathering, sharing best practices, formulating a common key, and learning with a focus on boosting the resilience, greening, and digitalization of social economy enterprises and SMEs active in rural areas and to engage stakeholders to boost inter-regional learning between social economy stakeholders (public and private sector
WP4 focuses on onsite visits, hands-on training, and collaborative sessions for presenting best practices, understanding existing practices, and addressing challenges. WP4 plays a vital role in promoting experiential learning, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among network members and consortium partners. It contributes to achieving the project’s objectives related to presenting and understanding best practices in the social economy within rural areas.
The specific objectives to be achieved are to present best practices in close collaboration with stakeholders via onsite visits to rural SMEs in the social economy and/or hands-on training and to understand existing practices and/or challenges of other consortium partners through a set of parallel collaborative sessions (interactive workshops).
WP5 focuses on the development of policy recommendations based on shared good solutions for building the resilience of local rural communities through the social economy.
Work Package 5 is instrumental in translating the project’s insights and good practices into actionable policy recommendations. It ensures that the knowledge gained from the project is leveraged to influence policy decisions that support the development and sustainability of social economy enterprises in rural areas. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the resilience of local rural communities.

Work Package 6 is instrumental in ensuring that project findings and outcomes are effectively communicated, exploited for positive impact, and reach a wide range of stakeholders. WP6 focuses on dissemination, exploitation, communication, and outreach activities.
The specific objectives are to document and disseminate project findings, insights, and best practices to project partners, stakeholders, policymakers, and the wider public and to create an effective communication strategy and materials, including a project website and visual identity, to facilitate the dissemination of project outcomes and engage target audiences.
